The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. - Dr. Seuss
We want to continue our annual Vivian Book Drive where we can commemorate Vivian's life by bringing smiles and comfort to other kids who battle illness. We want to thank every single one of you who have donated toys or books. A special thanks to Vivian's second family, The Apple Tree Child Development Center, and The Byrd Elementary School of Glen Rock.
Book Drive 2020
2020 marked 6 years since we have started an annual book donation to the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital in Hackensack NJ.
Due to COVID, we donated lunch to all the staff and medical team and the hospital accepted the books you donated. No matter what happens, we were still able to spread love.
Book Drive 2019
You all made 430 (and counting) children happier today! We also have additional boxes arriving in the next few days, so that number will only increase. The hospital is so grateful for all your hard work. They mentioned, that during the holidays they receive a lot of donations but they go quick and this helps them carry on the joy for these children through out the full year.
Book Drive 2018
We want to thank every single one of you who donated books. The gift of reading is something that is so precious. We appreciate The Apple Tree Child Development Center, and The Byrd Elementary School of Glen Rock for all their support. The smiles that were generated with these gifts are priceless.
Book Drive 2017
Everyone of you has made a difference in a life of a child. We delivered close to 400 books to The Children Hospital. Your donation is something that brings smiles to people in the most stressful times. I have personally seen the satisfaction of children when they receive a gift during their tough times. The hospital was very thankful and appreciated all the effort on your part.
Toy Drive 2016
April 2016 Toy Drive was a great success. Many children were blessed by the generous donations from all of Vivian’s friends & family. Through the hard work of Apple Tree Child Center, the Byrd Elementary School & all individuals who participated, we were able to raise hundreds of toys that brought joy to the children.
